Teacher Representatives
Primarily, Farmingdale Elementary faculty and staff participate
on PTC via attendance by Teacher Representatives and Farmingdale
Elementary Principal Mr. Jamie Yates. For the 2006-2007 school year, Missy McFadden, Diane Moore, and Martha
Yuill serve as PTC Teacher Representatives. Please contact
teacher representatives or the principal to discuss concerns or
suggestions for PTC's consideration. All Farmingdale staff are
welcome to attend PTC meetings.
Teacher/Staff Request for PTC Funds
Teachers may complete and submit the district's Support Organization Funding Request form for PTC to
allocate funds for purchase of a specific item. Support Organization Funding Request forms must be presented to the principal for approval before forwarding
to PTC for consideration. Support Organization Funding Request forms are available in the
office. When completing the form, please include all applicable
charges (shipping, handling, processing, taxes, etc.)
Teacher
Supply Fund
In 2006-2007, PTC has budgeted a Teacher Supply Fund. Teachers
are encouraged to submit receipts to the PTC Treasurer for reimbursement
of costs for classroom supplies purchased for student projects/activities.
The Treasurer will review receipts and issue reimbursement checks.
Tax
Exempt Status
Most purchases should qualify as tax exempt. Contact the office
to request a copy of Farmingdale Elementary School's tax exempt
information.
